Chagrin & Green Retail
Beachwood, Ohio

Designed to house three or four tenants, the 7,500 square foot building is sited on a four-acre corner parcel of land to maximize visibility from the street and to allow the required number of parking spaces to fit the property.

The exterior image was created to be more “up-scale” than typical strip shopping centers without greatly increasing construction costs. This was achieved by using a palette of brick, stone, steel and glass.

Elegant exposed steel and frosted glass canopies highlight the tenant entrances, while the aluminum storefront doors, sidelights and windows are finished in a light bronze, giving them an unusual, contemporary appearance.
